LOYALTY PROGRAM

We would like to recognize our customers’ loyalty and trust through the Mona Loyalty Program, which offers different benefits for a better and more convenient shopping experience.

How to become a loyalty program member?

Customers eligible to become loyalty card holders are adults who have filled out the application form on the website.

If you wish to receive Viber and email notifications about discounts, special offers, new collections, and more, you are required to subscribe and give us your consent.

After applying, we will process your request and send your loyalty card number to your email address. Please make sure to check your email. If you have not received it before your first purchase, please contact us at loyalty@mona.rs.

What benefits do the loyalty program members gain?

The loyalty card holder may gain the following benefits:

Discount percentage based on the purchase value:

Purchase value Discount percentage
€500,00 5%
€1.500,00 10%
€2.500,00 15%

The discounts apply to the entire range of products in our stores and online. The loyalty card rank (1 and 2) is valid during the current and the next year. The highest rank (3) is valid during the current and the next two years. However, the collected purchase value expires at the end of one calendar year.

When you pass to the next level of discounts, the new discount percentage will be active after the first purchase.

E.g. you have a 5% discount and after your last purchase you met the conditions for the next level – the new discount (10%) will be active after your first next purchase.

Examples of purchase values and discounts:
a)  If you purchased over 1500 euros in 2024, you will get a 10% discount. This discount will be active in 2025 too, but your purchase value will be zero. You need to collect new purchases to get a discount in 2026.

b) If you purchased over 2500 euros in 2024, you will get a 15% discount that will last for two years (until the end of 2026). The purchases collected during this period will impact your discount in 2027.

The discounts apply to all the products, including already discounted items and new collections.  If you have a discount, it will appear in your cart and the total amount of the purchase will be lower.

How to Use Your Mona Fashion Loyalty Card?

You can use your loyalty card when shopping on our website. Before making a purchase, you need to register.

Once logged into your profile, if you have a loyalty card, enter the card number in the Loyalty Program section. The validation process takes 24 hours, after which you can use your loyalty card seamlessly.

Once validated, your card is permanently linked to your profile, so you won’t need to enter the card number for future purchases.

If you don’t have a loyalty card and want to get one online, register and select the option to join the Loyalty Program. By joining, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions for the issuance and use of the loyalty program.

The loyalty card will be issued shortly and sent to your email. To use the loyalty card on the website, you need to log in first. Once entered, your purchase will be recorded on your card on the billing date, which may differ from the order date.

Where can I use the loyalty card?

The loyalty card is valid both in-store and online, regardless of the payment method. The discounts apply to all the items including the already discounted ones, if the total discount doesn’t exceed 48%.

Loss of the loyalty card

In case of a loyalty card loss or theft, the user is obliged to report the loss by sending an e-mail to loyalty@mona.rs.

The user will be issued a new card with current benefits.

Personal Data Protection

Mona acts as the controller of your personal data, which you provide as part of your membership in our loyalty program. Mona collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Your name, surname, city, and country are used by Mona to issue a personalized card, as it is issued in your name, and only the loyalty cardholder is its lawful holder.

The personal detail “City” is also processed by Mona to inform users about the potential opening of new retail outlets in the user’s city and any additional benefits at newly opened locations.

By filling in the “Date of Birth” field, you consent to Mona sending you birthday greetings and informing you about potential birthday promotions.

Considering that a new card is issued upon request after the loss of a loyalty card, it is necessary for the user to fill in the “Street and Number” field to establish identity and enable the issuance of a new loyalty card.

By providing your “E-mail” and/or “Phone” information, you consent to Mona directly sending you promotional notifications via e-mail, SMS, and Viber messages, informing you about benefits, offers, and discounts, preparing and sending regular and customized offers, as well as profiling, i.e., recording data about your purchases (e.g., products, prices, purchase dates, payment methods, and benefits used during the purchase), all for the purpose of using loyalty program benefits and tailoring offers, studying customer habits, enhancing customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and more.

Your personal data is processed solely based on your explicit consent by filling in the requested information and is processed in the manner and for the purposes clearly stated in the terms of membership in the loyalty program and cannot be used for other purposes, all in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
